Workforce strategist and executive coach. Helping leaders stay human, grounded, and future-ready as AI reshapes work.
About
I am a workforce strategist and executive coach. Half of my work is strategy, how teams are built, how culture holds, how organizations adapt when everything is moving. The other half is coaching, helping leaders lead from steadiness and creativity rather than fear and pressure.
Most organizational failures are not strategy problems. They are human dynamics left unattended. That belief shapes how I coach, how I advise, and what I am building next.
My throughline is simple. Keep people at the center as the tools change. I write and speak at the intersection of leadership, technology, and being human, and my work in Agentic AI at Harvard sharpened one conviction: this moment is less about faster answers and more about better questions.
I am pursuing an Executive Doctor of Business Administration at Indiana University's Kelley School of Business, where my research centers on fulfillment and a framework I call Black Fulfillment. Based in Seattle, with more than fifteen years across the tech industry.
